PM Modi Inaugurates Projects Worth Billions
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday dedicated a 4500-crore gas pipeline, a 1480-crore four-lane road, and railway projects worth 650 crores to the nation in poll-bound Rajasthan.
Mehsana-Bhatinda-Gurdaspur Gas Pipeline
The Mehsana-Bhatinda-Gurdaspur Gas Pipeline, which was dedicated by the PM, will help promote a gas-based economy. The pipeline will also provide a clean and efficient source of energy to millions of people in Rajasthan and other parts of the country.
Four-Lane Road on NH-12
The four-lane road on NH-12 (New NH-52) on the Darah-Jhalawar-Teendhar section will reduce travel time and improve connectivity in the region.
Doubling of Chittorgarh – Neemuch Railway Line
The railway projects being dedicated to the nation by the Prime Minister include the doubling of the Chittorgarh – Neemuch Railway line and the Kota – Chittorgarh Electrified Railway line. These projects will strengthen rail infrastructure in the region and boost tourism to historic sites in Rajasthan.
Tourism Facilities Developed at Nathdwara
Prime Minister Modi also dedicated tourism facilities developed at Nathdwara under the Swadesh Darshan Scheme. Nathdwara is a major pilgrimage site for Hindus and is known for its Shrinathji temple.
PM Addresses Public Rally
Speaking at a public rally in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, Prime Minister Modi said that the projects inaugurated by him today will benefit the people of Rajasthan in many ways. He said that the gas pipeline will provide a clean and affordable source of energy to people in the state, while the road and railway projects will improve connectivity and boost tourism.
